7. Installation Responsibility & Safety
Battery storage systems and related electrical products must be installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable local regulations.
Depending on the product, professional installation may be required or recommended.
Customers should follow:
-
Local electrical regulations

Manufacturer warranties are additional to, and do not replace or reduce, statutory consumer rights.
Please refer to the separate Warranty Policy for additional information.
9. Returns & Refunds
Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise this right, customers must notify E2C B.V. of their decision to withdraw within the applicable withdrawal period.
Products may be inspected to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Consumers may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
Withdrawal rights may be excluded for certain legally defined categories of products, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Installation, activation, or ordinary testing of a battery system does not automatically eliminate the statutory withdrawal right.
Business-to-business transactions may be subject to different return arrangements.
Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with applicable law and the separate Refund & Return Policy.

Customer non-compliance with applicable regulations
For business customers, additional limitations of liability may apply where validly agreed.
